Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Peanut Butter Chocolate Pro Recovery
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or peanut butter powder
  • 2 cups water or milk of choice (we like unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
